Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I got married in september 2007 in India.We stayed together with my parents for 5 months, then he left to U.S on H1B.I was in India and came to Michigan on H1B in November 2008. He stays in California and I stay in Michigan. Since marriage we both had difference of opinion and never lived together.We dont have children and I don't want any financial support from him. Is there any possible way to seek divorce in u.s? Is this divorce valid in India? Can I apply for divorce from Michigan even if he relocates to India? How long will it take to get divorced? And I don't even know his residence address in California. I don't know whether he currently lives in U.S or Australia
