Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I've been married 38 years my husband has been having an affair with a woman the same age as our daughter and thinks i'm not entitled to anything in a divorce i work for 7.40 an hour 25 to 30 hours a week whats my rights in a divorce

You have the right to not pay any attention to any legal opinion that your husband gives you. Not only is he not qualified to practice law, but he's wrong! You also have the right to have an experienced, aggressive attorney represent you and fight for you. You also have the right to not tolerate your husband's infidelity.
