Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have been married 22 years and lived in the same house. My husband threatens me monthly about how he is going to screw me over in a divorce. His elderly parents own our house. Will I be homeless in a divorce?

Since your house is not an asset of the marriage, I assume you will be moving out in the event that it happens. Beyond this, you will be entitled to half of the marital assets, half of a pension or 401K and possibly other financial benefits, so the rest of his statements are entirely false threats.
