Medical Help for a child after divorce case is closed

My son was divorced in 1993 he has custody of son. mother has custody of the daughter. Daughter needs mental help. He has insurance and lives 250 miles from daughter. Mother refuses to take daughter to counceling. Father is layed off and has no money to hire an attorney. what can he file with the courts to force a hearing and where can he get the proper forms needs to file this petition.

It will be necessary for him to file some type of motion (request) with the court to force the mother to take the daughter for psychiatric treatment or transfer custody. He can do this himself by writing out what he wants. Maybe the local clerk will aid him in filing it properly. A lawyer will be very relutant to get involved without any payment because it can be extremely time consuming. It could wind up being a trial. Bill Stern
