Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

If I met with a divorce lawyer 5 years ago for a consultation can he represent my ex husband now or may I ask for him to be disqualified as counsel?

Also if this lawyer accepted funds from my ex-husband and his current wife to file there undisputed divorce and I plan on calling the current wife as a witness can I ask for the lawyer to be disqualifed?
