Michigan Child Support Formula Manual
In Michigan, do the Count Friend of the Court Referee's follow Michigan Child Support Fomula Manual ''2001'' version, in regard to determining net income where step children are concerned? Are they required to do so if the answer is yes?

Greetings; The FOC and all judges are required to follow current child support guidelines unless they find good cause to deviate from them. So, no they do not absolutely have to use the guidelines.
