Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Michigan custody laws

What can you do if your spouse has packed up her and your childrens belongings and is acting like she'll be gone only a coule of weeks and you believe it will be longer and she has your children out of state. I believe she is just saying is will be a couple of weeks to postpone any custody issues for awhile being even the childrens things are in storage right now, it is like they are waiting to be moved out of state as well.
