Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am from Michigan, have been married for almost 7 years and have 2 children together. I am starting the process of a divorce and My wife owns the house and wants me to move out. Do I have to move out? Should I move out or should I stay put and with my children?

How is it that your "wife owns the house," this needs to be explained in detail. Where are the children? Why would you have to move out? You are still married it seems like it is "your" home. Who gets custody? Do you agree?

You can call us for a free consultation.

866 374 1199 ask for the on call attorney if I am not available.

Thanks

Francois
