Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I'm in the middle of a very intense divorce. My husband and I have one small child (1 year). I have 2 older children that live with me and the baby full time. He has been calling the police and having them do random welfare checks on the baby. Is this justified? I feel harassed. He will send me emails (not about the baby) and if i don't respond he'll threaten to have the police do a welfare check often calling them because I don't comply with his demands. Is this aloud? I feel like he's abusing the system.

It certainly sounds like this bully is abusing the system. I strongly recommend you hire an aggressive and experienced attorney to deal with him. We do not allow our clients to tolerate this sort of nonsense.
