Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

what is minimum seperation period required to file divorce. married last 3 months n now living seperately for 1 month. If i deny for the same can other party still file petition if yes under which clause or acts.

There is no minimum separation requirement. If one party wants the divorce, it can go through.
