I have received your post regarding modificaton of your support payments. Michigan allows for a change in the support amount when there is a "change in circumstances" for one of the parties. If you can show that your current situtation has changed materially and that the information used to set support is no longer accurate, you would be in a good position to lower support. However, you have to be realistic and recognize that the amount support would be lowered may not meet your expectations. There are guidelines and the courts seldom deviate from the guidelines.
