Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Money from Grandmother for my Daughter

I am currently going through a divorce. My husband's attorney has requested a interderogity for all of my finances. In 1999 my Mother let my daughter and I live in her condo and unpon remarrying in 2000 she gave the condo to my daughter and myself. We agreed that we would put the money into an account for my daughters future. Can he legally go after this money?
