mother arrested for drug possesion
my ex-wife was arrested with meth in her possesion , also intent to distribute and other charges . what are my rights as a father? i also live in florida and she lives in indiana . the divorce took place in michigan. please help me .

Your rights. Do you want the kids? Do you want the responsibility of raising the kids 24/7? If so, petition the court in Michigan to transfer the custody to you. Transfer cases are difficult but you have good facts to work with. Also, you'll need more evidence but leave this to the lawyer. And get a good lawyer. William S. Stern
