mother wanting to move my daughter

my daughter's mom wants to mover her over 8 hrs. away from me what are my rights to keep her closer to me so I can see her anytime I am not working. We have joint custody of her.

You have the right to hire an attorney to ask the judge to prevent the daughter from being relocated.
