Mother's Day
Does Mother (w/full custody) get children from 9-6 on Mother's Day as stated regardless if it's Father's weekend or does Mother get kids regardless and Father the same for Father's Day?

You will need to review your custody agreement or order to see if these particular holidays are addressed in the manner you described. There is no law in Michigan that states visitation must be altered based upon the occurrence of these holidays. If a specific agreement or order does not address this, scheduled visitation should proceed without regard to the holiday.
