Motion Best Intrest of Child

I have joint legal custody of my son and his father wants to change counselor's on him. He is the one that started the counseling with this person and now that the counselor is in my favor he wants to change. He has full physical custody of our child and I need to know what I can do to stop him from changing couselor's on my son.

Take it before the judge and explain why you feel that it would not be in your son's best interests to change counselors now. Explanations that may work include that your son has built qa relationship of trust with this new counselor and it was important in that the divorce was devastating to him, etc. William S. Stern
