Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I just moved out of state with my husband who serves in the US Army. My son's father has taken no major part in my son's life and the two of us mutually agreed to share custody. He would have my son during the summer and my husband and I would keep him all year. We signed all his rights to involving the friend of the court for parenting time. Now he is talking about chaning his mind and he says that I won't be able to leave the state with my son, but I have already moved. What do I do?
