moving out of MI

Can I move out of MI with my 4 yr old and 1 yr old? I have full custody but a support order is in place and has the disclaimer that I cannot move, however he plans on leaving state and going to the Army. If he leaves 1st can I move without permission?

If there is a court order saying you can't more - - - - - - YOU CAN'T MOVE. Your lawyer might be able to get that changed.
