Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
Non custodial parent works for a lawn care/snow removal company that his mother owns.. Their business cards states he is the owner and the company is also named after him. Everything else is in his moms name. He claims on his taxes he only makes 25,000 a year, although he makes over 100 grand. How can I try to prove this? He is trying to reduce his support now dude to collecting unemployment in winter that FOC did not calculate.. What form do i file? And how do i help prove he makes well more than what he says.
