Noncustodial medical rights

I have sole legal custody of my two children, and on the last visitation with their dad, he had DNA tests preformed on them without my knowledge/concent. Is this legal??

Re: Noncustodial medical rights

Greetings; Michigan does not have a law prohibiting this conduct. Unless your previous court order prohibits it, it is not contempt either. Thanks, Atty. Trichler; www.trichler.com
