Non-custodial parent moved out of state

My ex-husband moved out of state and expects me to pay for half of the visitation costs for our four children. Am I responsible?

It depends on the court order. If there is not a court order that dals with the issue, have your lawyer get the matter back in front of your judge.

You're not responsible for paying to ship the kids to him unless a court orders that. William S. Stern
