Parent choosing to sever parental responsibilities with child.

At what (child's)age can parents choose to sever parental responsibilities for their child, and not be personally or financially responsible for their child's actions, nor chargable for parental negligence?

Greetings; I am sorry to say that there is no such age. You had the child, you are responsible. When they turn 18, you are relieved of responsibility...assuming you are not directing their activities. There are some techniques for reducing liability, but they will not solve your problem.
