parent rights

i want to get adopted by my teacher but my mom wont give up her legal rights.i can probly proe that she's insain and that she'smakin me insain.

You don't really provide any information as to why you don't think your mother is a fit parent. If there is no evidence that she isn't fit to be your parent and she doesn't consent to the adoption, you are likely not going to prevail. You should probably meet with an attorney experienced with adoption.
