parental custody

My ex recently filed for full custody of my 15 year old, plus my 19 year old daughter wants custody, what is the most possible outcome of this situation

There are a multitude of factors that courts look at and take into consideration when making these decisions, so your question cannot be answered yes or no here. I strongly suggest that you retain a family law lawyer to make sure your rights are protected. You can contact the State Bar of Michigan for a referral to a lawyer in your area, or for a referral to a legal aid/free legal services type place, if you qualify.
