Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Parental Rights

I haven't been allowed to see my two boys in three years, no help from the Foc, how do you go about giving up yur parental rights? Can the court deny me that right? Can they make me get another job because my current one doesn't suit them? I am married and have two other children and they don't seem to want to take any of that inconsideration makes me just want to give up since I haven't been allowed to see them anyways. What can I do?

Re: Parental Rights

You haven't told us WHY you haven't seen your sons. It isn't likely that a judge would allow you to terminate your parental rights. I'd suggest that you hire an aggressive, competent family law attorney. Feel free to telephone us.
