parenting time
my ex-husband is in prison. at our final hearing it was ordered that his parenting be suspended until he is out of prison. Apparently, the order was never legetemized. What does this mean and could he actually win some kind of parenting time in prison?

It sounds like you mean the order was never entered with the court or signed by the judge. Did you have a lawyer? You can check with the court to see if the order was actually signed by the judge. If not, you need to retain a lawyer to have the matter finalized. Thanks.
