Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Parenting time. HELP FAST PLEASE

What is the best way in calendar form to show parenting time noncompliance and to for the judge to be able to look at quickly and have it be easy to read? Are there any other ways?

My court date is Monday 3-30 and I want a better way of documenting this clear and precise so the Judge and/or referee can easily and quickly see the '' noncompliance'' on paper. Please Help...

I do have a journal but its very wordy and it would be too detailed and would be frustrating for the judge and / or referee. I Appreciate any and all responses.

Re: Parenting time. HELP FAST PLEASE

Typically, I have my clients keep a calendar. If on Mon., dad is supposed to have parenting time from 4-7, I would just have them write "Dad 4-7" Do this for each parenting time - you can write this in advance because it doesn't change if parenting time isn't used. When he doesn't use his time, write "no show" under the 4-7 pm, or "called 3p.m. - won't be coming." Make a couple of copies. That should give the referee/judge an idea of what's going on, but you should bring or make copies of your journal in case there are other questions.
