Parenting time

I'am trying to get some Parenting time with my son.My son in the last year does not want to see me anymore.He is 12, never had any problems befor.There is no order for Parenting time, never has been.I have filled for it, but now she is saying he is in counciling for child abuse. This is the first time of hereing this,i have not been charged with this, nor have i seen social servises asking me about it, there is no police report of it as well. All she has is what ever the councialer has to say that he has said to her. when i go to court will the judge beleve her on all here say? if she has no prof other than the word of a child. will i stell get parenting time? Re: Parenting time

You will still get parenting time, but the Court may order supervised visitation until the allegations are either proved false or you can show that they are groundless.
