I have sole physical custody of my 17 yr old daughter. My ex filed and wants joint 50/50. My daughter is extremely upset she does not want 50/50 she likes how it is at 1 overnight a week and every other weekend. FOC sent us to a Dr. and he thinks because my ex gave him untrue info that she wants this because i have lax rules at home. My daughter wishes to make her wishes and heard by the judge. Will her wishes be respected?
