When my parents died, they left me my hous4e and property. Is my spouse entitled to any of it,if we divorce

It depends on when the property was transferred from your parents to you. If you received a deed to the property while you were married and then paid money regarding that property for things such as insurance, property taxes, maintenance etc from money that was in essence commingled with your husband then he may claim the property became a marital asset. The longer the property was held by you when you were married the more it would be characterized as a marital asset.
