Can I still get my part of my husband's pension

i stay in the city of forrest city, arkansas and my husband lives in detroit, michigan and I have been verbally and physically abuse. i am afraid to go back because he has his grow sons living with him and they are taking all of his money and i am just trying to survive here in arkansas. am i entitled to some finacial support. or would I have come back to michigan to get help. we brought a home and he took out a reverse mortage without my knowledge and I did recieve a dime to pay my bill, could he do that without my signature the hous is in both of our names

he will not come to where i am and i have ask over and over again for him to come here

i am running out of options i ieel I have been taken advantage and he is not helping me at all.

You are probably entitled to something under Michigan law. What county does your husband live in?
