Passport Denied
My husband was denied a passport because of rearrage. He is and has been paying rearrage since the case has been filed (8yrs). I there any motion that can be filed with the courts, for consideration?

A family law attorney can help you file the appropriate paperwork to ask the court to work out a payment plan towards his child support arrearage. It sounds like he might also have some convictions on his record for failing to pay child support, which could be a problem.
