Paternity Fraud
1. Taken DNA test if child not mine, what can be done about support and arrears.
2. Requested Blood test to FOC they contacted her, she sent letter stating child not mine support was stop and told that money would be appiled to arrears till paid in full, come to find out money still sent to mother and not to arrears can anything be done, FOC will not work with me on this said I need to see judge, mother statement that is in FOC records don't mean anything now!

Eh...not sure what this question is asking, but the bottom line is that child support will NOT stop until you have a court order.
You are liable for all arrearage until you get that taken care of.
Worse, the court doesn't HAVE to give you back money paid, so it's up to you to get this sorted out, not the FOC.

You need to have a family law/child custody lawyer file the appropriate paperwork with the court to get a judgment/order that states you are not the father and therefore not responsible for any child support. Get it done sooner than later.

Your attorney should file a motion and the judge will make the decision.
