Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Paternity

I just recently had a DNA test done and I was excluded. After 9 years, has too much time passed by for me to challenge it? If not what can I do?

Re: Paternity

Your question depends on more facts than just a DNA test excluding your paternity of the child, I would have to know more about your current relationship with the child, are you married to the mother, do you know the name of the biological father, etc.. I you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me.
