permident temporary coustody of a minor

How can I terminate this or can it be termidated. and how do I go about doing it

I would need to know more about the current order. If you desire to change an existing order, you must file a motion to modify that order and meet the legal criteria to do that. Friend of the Court typcially gets involved in conducting an investigation and making a recommendation. Depending on the county assigned to the case the Friend of the Court will also hold a hearing on the issues addressed in your motion. Feel free to call me on Monday to discuss this matter further.

Based upon your message I'm not sure if you want to end a temporary custody and make it permanent or just end a temporary custody, and possibly, get your children back.
