My boyfriend and I are currently seperated. We have joint legal custody of our daughter (4 yrs.)He has sole physical custody rights. We want to move in together again, but we DO NOT want to change our custody agreement. Do we have to?

Re: Physical Custody

No. You don't have to change the custody arrangement because your boyfriend will still have the primary responsibility for your child on a daily basis. However, if you are required to pay child support to him, you should get an order modifying your support obligation while you are living together. Otherwise, you'll wind up owing a ton. William S.
