can i post a letter in reguards to deadbeat dads...

i know for a fact that my daughters estranged husband has money saved to buy toys but refuses to pay any childsupport willingly . Promised to pay 16.00 a week and has omly paid 40 since 6-2002 and is also behind 6000 to x wife... Can i post a legal letter in area newspaper stateing he is a deadbeat dad... spends money on band equipment, dvds durgs and boose. but nothing for his child.... thanks

Yes, you can waste your money. However, the smart thing to do would be to get a judgment against him for the past due support and then have the sheriff show up and take his stuff.
