Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Post-divorce-law

My girlfriend hid some bonds during her divorce and I kept them for her, but she is now afriad to cash them because in her papers it says something about her abusive EX can look into her records for a certain number of years...Is that true? And if so, how many years? She and her kids are staying with me until they can be cashed (60K of bonds). She got her Divorce in Michigan. Can anyone please help? She and her children were severely abused, and the money would help relocate them. Thank you in advance!

Re: Post-divorce-law

Let me get this right. You're asking lawyers to assist your girlfriend in perpetrating a fraud, right?

Are you crazy? Just because she's a lying cheat and you agree with her, you think a lawyer will help with this? I don't think so.
