Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am in the process of going through a divorce and my attorny recently filed a withdrawl motion for lack of payment on my end. My questions is can court be postponed until I can get payment or will the judge continue the case??

It is completely up to the judge's discretion on whether or not to grant the motion. If it is granted and your attorney is allowed to withdraw, then probably the court date would be pushed back or else your new attorney, when and if you find one, could make a motion to the court to do so.
