Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

proper proceeding?

initiated custody trial,no representation on either side to begin with,judge interviewed me first and inquired about things prior to last court order,mother has mental problems,judge orders both of us to have mental evals,during delay mother hires attorney,we return,mothers eval not completed,FOC ASSISTS her attainment of eval,judge doesnt allow any of mothers prior history(not relevant)mine is?mother commits perjury(judge doesnt allow evidence due to it being from before previous court order)mother admits to Bank fraud,stiffing a taxi and attempted suicide-is the judge allowed to cross for mother(no damnin evidence or questions from mother,only judge)is this appealable?prior order from 1999-mothers incidents were in 2000-2001 and hidden from me-what i did find out about , i notified the FOC-suicide came out under cross

To go into something as important as custody without proper representation is asking for trouble. I can't really understand what you are saying. You sound as if your thoughts are not complete.
