Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

If a QDRO was ordered and never set in motion is it possible for ex spouse to take back to court to set it in motion? and what is the statute of limitations on this if any in Michigan?

Thank you for your time and effort in this matter.

There is no specific time to get the QDRO going. You take the judgment and the employer information and prepare the QDRO. You then make a motion to enter it with the court. The other side can object claiming that the claim is tall due to laches (waiting too long). However, there is no set time to preclude entry of the QDRO.
