Qualified domestic relations order

What can I do if my attorney did not get a QDRO for the pension awarded to me in my divorce in 1998.

Get one now. They can still be entered long after the judgment was completed.

Have a good family law attorney review your judgment. Chances are, you will be able to get a QDRO entered now. William S. Stern

You can have one drafted and submitted now according to the terms of the final judgment.
