You are free to post any question you wish on this listserve. If an attorney believes it is inappropriate for this forum he has the ability to reject it. Without knowing the question to which Mr. Stern replied it is impossible for anyone to give you an informed reply. I have no idea if indeed Mr. Stern's answer to your query was snide or not. Paying an attorney $150.00 an hour is a bargain, I expect and receive an hourly fee of $500.00 per hour.

I really don't know what question or answer you are referring to. If you tell me what answer you object to, perhaps I could explain my answer. While most of my answers are short, they are right on the mark. Bill Stern
