Quick Claim Deed/Divorce Decree

I have been awarded the house in my divorce as well as a submitted Quick Claim Deed and the Mortgage company states that I need a letter on an Attorney's letter head stating that my ex husband has nothing further to do with the house and they will remove his name from the mortgage. My question is what kind of attorney do I need and how much is the cost involed. Thank you for your help Betty
