My wife and I have been married just over a year. She moved out after 10 months of marriage and now has a boyfriend, so most likely we will be getting a divorce. We started building a house on land I owned before we were married, I am the only one who worked and contributed money for the house. It will be complete in a few weeks. She is not on the loan but is on the deed for dowery rights. How can I get her off without having to sell the house? I am mostly sure she will agree to sign off, but if not do I have any options?

You have several options. At this point your best option is to meet with an experienced family law attorney.
