Does your custody order state that visitation will be "reasonable?" If so, "reasonable" can be a litigible issue, that is, it may need to be further defined by the court if the parties can't agree. I assume that every county must abide by the state laws. The non-custodial parent has a right to visitation unless there is a good reason to deny such visitation. William S. Stern 248-353-9400
