Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I recently started seeing someone who has a previous csc case and the father to my children is not happy about this, he keeps pressing about taking my kids away from me. Would he get custody of our kids if to take me to court?

Exposing your children to a sex offender could become a big problem for you. I'd figure out a different plan or at a minimum, keep your children FAR away from the offender.
