Removal of Child From Current State Prior to Divorce

I need to know if I can take my child from the state of Michigan to the state of Louisiana legally while fleeing from my husband. Please help me.

Technically you can. However, you BETTER have a very good reason to flee and you might still upset the court. I'd get in to see a family law attorney very soon before you make decisions.
