remove adult child from home
My step daughter moved in with my husband and myself a year ago. She sighned an agreement to leave immediately if she didnt follow the rules of our house. She has not folloewed any of the rules.
Can I legally make her leave?

To add to the previous answer, yes you need to go through an eviction. The type of eviction you'd need to pursue depends in part on how she's breaking your rules and the language in the agreement.

You are required to go through a standard eviction proceeding. Consult with an attorney that does landlord tenant work.
