Remove my name off home mortgage

My wife refused to comply with the divorce decree in either remortgaging our marital home or putting it up for sale within the time alloted by the court. The refinance paperworkwas prepared twice and she refused to sign. The house just went up for sale at a price much higher that the market value. How can I force her to get my name off of the mortage?

Your lawyer should take this matter back in front of the divorce judge.
